OpenMind has a quick write up about some of the advancements being made in the 3D Printing industry. Amazing stuff that they think will be commonly used in the near future to make everything from small replacement parts to jet engines.

They’re in good company, as the MIT Technology Review called economical 3d Printing (with metal) one of 2018’s breakthrough technologies.
