According to Florida Realtors, Real Estate activity in November 2019 compared very favorably to last November, with existing single-family home sales rising 14.4 percent and existing condo-townhouse sales increasing by 8.6 percent.
November also marked the 95th month in a row that statewide median sales prices for both single-family homes and condo-townhouse properties rose year-over-year…
This is always great to hear, whether you’re a homeowner or not. When the housing market is healthy, so too, is the overall economy.
Going into 2020, the housing market in Florida seems to be in great shape- a little more demand than there is supply, but that will ebb and flow over time.
