There’s a lot of uncertainty, but rates are low and people (a lot of people) are buying and selling houses right now. Here are the Jacksonville Real Estate Market Stats for the past week, run on April 18th 2020:
- 918 New listings came onto market
- 750 Houses went under contract
- 710 Transactions CLOSED (Whoohoo!)
What does that mean for you? It means that even in the current environment, record-low mortgage rates mean it’s your money goes further. Important, no matter which side of the transaction you’re on.
