I am pretty sure that the Eagles were NOT talking about mobile phones back in the 1970s, but the point that Wayne Hogan made while quoting them was a good one.
Distracted driving played a part in the deaths of more than 3,400 people in 2016, and injuries of more than 400,000 in the same year.
He spoke about the need for companies to have clear policies, and real enforcement of those policies, or face the consequences when one of their employees causes an accident or injury.
